Reset after 483 days

A group for Buddhist Fapstronauts to connect.

  1. Unfortunately I reset after 483 days and this was before dawn on the 2nd of January. I later reset again yesterday early morning before dawn.

    So today is day number 1 on Monk Mode once again. This time I am equipped with more strategies and tactics with much more experience. I hope to make it a clean streak with no impurities.

    I have put my entries in my journal if guys want to check it out.

    To bounce back, I quickly went into the Salayatana Vagga of the Majjhima Nikaya.

    Both of you are amazing! On my way to reach 90 days no PMO, almost relapsed just a few minutes ago... now I am picking up my mind and will take a walk to refocus

    Paranimmita, If you were able to start another Accountability Group this would be helpful to me....and I am a Sakya Vajrayana practioner, and have done Sakya Lamdre....
    If you have any questions I will do my best to answer them...
    I am doing Ngondro now, I have finished prostrations, which have really helped, and I continue to do 11 each day, I am in the middle of Vajrasattva now which is also really helping.
    Doing any traditional basic ngondro is useful, they actually are very very similar, so if you are doing Kargu it is fine....I would say no difference at all actually if you are really in the purification intention , for all beings intention....

    I am basically doing that naturally
    It is the sense based purification/mindfulness which taking work....
    Basically outgoing continuous all day work on thought fantasies....dissolving and returning to breathing....and then body sensation/energy.....just turning it to love/blessing for all beings...
