Reset my counter but not for relapse - new goal: no PMO and restricted times for internet use

Today I reset my counter sticking with no PMO.

I didn't relapse or didn't have an orgasm. The reason to so was somewhere else. I realized that my body is still craving for dopamine and I need to get a firmer grip on this. This means in my case that I have to go on a dopamine diet.

I could have continued my streak for much longer but this wouldn't have met my real goal of putting back my life on a normal track. I found myself in the past 3o days tryning to find substitutes for my dopamine cravings. In reality I have to find a life where other things can balance this craving and mostly through other fulfillments such as

Enjoying time with my wife caring more about her.
Concentrate better on my work.
Get not distracted by the internet.

So my new rule is besides no PMO

No internet until 1pm for the next 30 days.

This will be pretty tough for me.
