    Hi, my name is Markus and I´m 23 years old. I live in Germany (I´ll try my best writing in English but I think it works :D)
    I started watching porn and masturbating at age 17. Looking back now I must realize that I´ve been obsessed with porn a very very long time now. Some months ago I started reading things and watching videos about the harmful effects of pornography and I totally agreed that it wastes my life.
    Today I took this step to register here and I really want to become clean.
    During the last years I often had problems with my self- image and also sorts of anxiety when I was in public. Those problems were especially affecting me in times when I watched porn alot. I don´t want to live with porn, masturbation and these problems anymore, so I decided to draw the line now!
    Thanks for the community! Let´s fight the good fight!

    and by the way this forum should be that all help EACH OTHER,but its not like it anyomre and i am probaly going to delete my account today

    First.... Simple willpower won't work. Your subconscious is too fast and strong, so you need to learn sophisticated techniques to reprogram it.

    One good book is called "awaken the giant", by Anthony Robbins. Also look into Neuro Lingistic Programming
