Reson for quiting

my reason for quitting porn is that it disrespects women and will eventually skew my image of what women look like, i see porn as simply an extension of the sex slave industry and for me humanity does not get lower than the sex slave industry and what it represents, even though i have only watched porn a handful of times i still feel ashamed of myself for doing it. one thing i do to reverse this perversion of the women's body (over sexualized object) is to imagine flat chested women with a belly and zits and stuff, and i think of her as beautiful. it isn't fantasizing but it is just a bit of reality check that i do whenever i get into fantasizing about a women of pornographic proportions. this might seem weird but i find it helps.
