Resources to redpill someone on the dangers of porn?

    Hello everyone. I know some people including friends that don't think watching porn and masturbating are harmful to an individual. I would like to show them evidence porn is not healthy to consume and hopefully redpill them. Do you have some resources that would provide evidence that porn is harmful to oneself? Articles, websites, videos, etc. Any resources shared would be greatly appreciated!

    But if you didn't know look up Gary Wilson, Noah Church and Gabe deem. They provide proof. Also type in Brower porn kills love and you get proof too
