    I’m going to restart my streak again until next month because I relapsed many time this month and the porn addiction doesn’t go away and I felt ashamed that I shouldn’t been masturbating while watching porn for the first time and it’s hurting myself.

    Can anyone help me to stop the porn and masturbating addiction because it hurt myself that made me feel ashamed and feel guilty to me?
