    Hello friends, Last year I had started NoFab and could only sustain till 7 days max. So for the last 4 months, I was not doing NoFab.

    That 7 days of abstaining helped me a lot and the 4 months non abstaining has affected my life and I can clearly see and experience it.

    So, starting again NoFab and this time will complete 90 days.
