Reverse Kegel (male)

Does anybody here have experience with reverse kegel exercises? I've been doing normal kegels for some time, but I've read that reverse kegels are better for lasting longer in bed, and that you should make a balance between normal and reverse ones. So I'm just curious if anybody did those type of exercises and what kind of results he had.
