    Hi all!
I just finished my first week of no PMO.
It was not so bad, but I noticed that I increased the time spent watching TV shows et similia.
Is it bad? Would it be better for my reward system to avoid other activities like television or videogames?
Some reference from articles would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  2. Same here man but abstinence is not recovery! We have to find other means to engage ourselves. One of the worst things we keep doing is that we use the tv whenever we are bored, and watch it without actually fixing on what we want to watch specifically. We keep on surfing different channels to no end. So that's why I stopped using the tv and instead switched on to paid apps. Basically if I wanna watch a match then I watch it and that's that. I stop after that. Some people may think that it's a different means to the same ends but it works for me.

Well, I actually don't watch TV, if not randomly, from like 10 years... I ment thing like Netflix and streaming in general.

Btw, what I was really wandering about is if there is a connection with dopamine, reward system and other activities (not other addiction, of course).
