Role of Masturbation in Reboot?

    I've tried many, many different types of streaks. I've done hard mode for 5 months for a period of time (year and a half ago). I had a 7 month streak with no porn (but allowing M). And I've had lots of 1, 2, and 3 month streaks of different types.

    I'm noticing something similar. When I start craving P, I start to M much more frequently. If you look at my PMO tracker in my signature, you can see I haven't watched P in 20 days, but my Ming has become more frequent in the last week. Just yesterday when Ming, I noticed I had a thought that I tend to have during a lot of my streak: as Ming, I crave P to make it better. But I decide against it. However, I wonder if it's a step in the wrong direction.

    I feel Ming 2 times a week is ideal, and feel it always tends to get more frequent. I know many people will recommend not Ming at all, but I just don't like that. And I've done it for 5+ months before. I don't really see the benefit. However, I do see the drag Ming everyday can bring. Which is why I came to 2 days a week. Wondering how I can better control that, so it doesn't become a daily thing like it is now.
