    I saw this today and watched it right through. I think it's good and although Mr Brand is not everyone's cup of tea, he is a living, breathing example of a cured addict and he speaks engagingly about his version of 12 steps in a manner that might appeal to some that more conventional explanations of this programme might not.

    I've always liked Russell Brand when he is being intellectual and real. His first autobiography was an excellent case study on recovering from addiction. I read it back before I knew that I was an addict of a different sort. Think I might re-read that and his new book now that I'm trying to recover.
