Same effect

I have just had a dry orgasm after practice of a multiple orgasms as i learned it yesterday. Yesterday and today both days. But i had a question in my mind that does dry orgasm or having a multiple orgasms will still give you same effect as we used to when we ejaculate full ? Like prolactin increase and all or social anxiety? And i have heard that practice of multiple orgasms does help to transmission of sexual energy as i can feel the result also. So answer me , will you?
