Back 1999 Savage Garden released a song called Affirmation. It's interesting how I used to not believe some of the things but now believe. The lyrics are below, how many of the things mentioned in the song do you believe nowadays? I agree with 13 of them but there's a few I'm not sure about. Like 'wedded bliss negates the need to be undressed', I had to think about and I'm still not sure

I believe the sun should never set upon an argument
I believe we place our happiness in other people's hands
I believe that junk food tastes so good because it's bad for you
I believe your parents did the best job they knew how to do
I believe that beauty magazines promote low self-esteem
I believe I'm loved when I'm completely by myself alone

I believe in Karma what you give is what you get returned
I believe you can't appreciate real love until you've been burned
I believe the grass is no more greener on the other side
I believe you don't know what you've got until you say goodbye

I believe you can't control or choose your sexuality
I believe that trust is more important than monogamy
I believe your most attractive features are your heart and soul
I believe that family is worth more than money or gold
I believe the struggle for financial freedom is unfair
I believe the only ones who disagree are millionaires

I believe forgiveness is the key to your unhappiness
I believe that wedded bliss negates the need to be undressed
I believe that God does not endorse TV evangelists
I believe in love surviving death into eternity

Yeah, you have to think about some of the things sang in it and some could have multiple meanings.

This could mean that the person love themselves and doesn't need to be loved by anyone. Or maybe they believe God loves them so they are loved even when they're alone.

I think this is saying to have a successful open relationship you need to trust the person you're having the relationship with.

At first this was confusing but when I think about it it makes sense and I believe it. It's saying if someone is happily married they don't need to see their spouse naked to enjoy being around them. In other words, people in a relationship don't need to have sex all the time to be happy.

I remember that band. That period of time when that band was active I was still a highly Bluepilled Metrosexual whom the global elites were very proud of.

"I believe that trust is more important than monogamy"
I took this one to mean that without trust, monogamy is pretty pointless. You can be 100% faithful at all times, but if your partner doesn't trust you they, and you, will never be truly happy. I believe this is the main reason that PA destroys relationships. Because the lies and secrets cause mistrust. The PA shows no trust in their partner when they keep their addiction a secret. And the partner is unable to trust the PA after they are caught because they have been lied to, often for a very long time.
"I believe I'm loved when I'm completely by myself alone"
I think this means that they love themselves, and are comfortable in being loved by others - they don't need constant reminders to know they are loved.
"I believe that wedded bliss negates the need to be undressed"
I think this relates to the feeling comfortable with your partner, not having to go all out to impress. That feeling of knowing its not just sex, its everything that you love about each other. That you shouldnt marry someone based on sex/nakedness/looks alone.
