Scared as hell - "Dangerous Flatline"

    I feel scared and anxious at the same time,
    I have hit many flatline in my journey but this one seems way dangerous than anyone before.
    And Last night I was having these huge urges that cannot be described in words.
    And from today morning, I am totally like a zombie, no emotions, no happiness, no sadness, no motivation, total fatigue, feeling like having fever.
    Every time I have hit the flatline, it end with some improvement like better erections, better mood etc.
    But this flatline is more scary than any earlier because I feel totally dead.
    How can you feel insanely strong urges last night and in morning you fall into flatline with zero libido?.

    it happens with me all the time, when flatline ends it ends up in me getting more sensitivie to dopamine ie my dopamine receptirs get more sensitised,
    just hang on and like every time your dopamine receptors will be more sensitised this time
