Scared on day 45

    I'm on either day 45 or 44 I don't know. But I'm scared because I don't think my penis is up to par still and what if I ruined my progress already! I had about five orgasms through oral in the past 45 days. Still no porn no masturbation except ONCE I did M with my partner because I had two orgasms that day with her. So I don't know. My erections seemed pretty good whenever I did these things but right now I am having doubts... Like my penis is weak. I am gonna stop Oing and go back to hard mode. :(

    you are probably experiencing a flatline. Don't worry about it too much it's just a phase. Set goals not concerning only pmo but far more important things... The truth is everything gets easier with your journey when you have more important things to accomplish.
