Scary death grip

After years on porn and edging for hours I get death grip syndrome. I know it is from tight fist squeeze but it's a scary... I'm on day 138. No porn, no masturbation and no orgasm, but I had meeting with one woman these days and we tried oral sex and normal sex.We kissed and cudlle and I managed to get erection even knowing I'm in flatline and managed to get hard but couldn't feel almost anything, even when she get me a oral I feel litlle bit and it feels like burning in some moments . Im little confused and worried. I will continue my Nofap reboot journey but need some answers. Any suggestions about these sensations and some tips would be helpful and how much time would it take to get sensation back? ....

It shouldn't take more than a few months for the porn connections to die down to an acceptable level. At that point what you really need to work on is creating connections in your brain that are all based around real life women. That means having more sexual experiences. It may take some time, but if you accept where you currently are, give yourself love, and trust the process, your brain will eventually fully recover.

Also a huge thing to remember is that you want to develop your brain connections around healthy sex. That means focusing on intimacy and emotional connection. Take your time. If you find it difficult to stay hard or to feel any pleasure, focus on her pleasure. If you can learn to make a woman orgasm she is going to be okay if takes you a little bit to recover because she knows that you aren't putting your own pleasure above hers. Most of the times that recovering addicts have issues with women is because they can't get hard or they can't feel anything, and so they just give up and whine. If instead you accept it with a little bit of a laugh and then take the time to make sure she gets pleasure, she is going to respect your confidence and appreciate how much you care about her.

The poster above means well but ultimately the only thing that will heal it is time and abstinence. There are even women who suffer from the same physical desensitisation having used vibrators excessively.

Other than vaginal sex or acts that involve your penis, does anything else arouse you when with a woman - such as giving her oral or pleasuring her in any way. This may fuel an erection as well, at which time you could engage in sex.
