    I'm up to day eight.
My last streak was 33 days before I had a pitiful
    turn for the worst.

Things went really bad on the last day of the streak and I panicked.
I figured getting rid of stress would be the best method
    of recovering from my migraine.

After a day and a half of relapse I realized I made
a really Noob mistake. My head ache got worse,
and my anxiety came back like a rocket ship trying to penetrate
the atmosphere to make it into space.

Now I am at day eight again. The social anxiety is going away again.
Yet the head ache is still here kicking my ass.
I never had this head ache when I MO'd every day,
but I have a feeling it will get so much better if I make it five months.

I'm not sure if its worth waiting five months to find out.
    I need a pro suggestion.
Does your stress level get better after readjusting?

Is it worth playing the waiting game?

    Fuck,

I personally think that it is always worth playing the waiting game because in the end you have nothing to lose. My longest streak was 126ish days. At the start I was super anxious and i would use PMO as my escape, which in the end made me more anxious and created a cycle. Once I started to get a handle on the situation, I found myself much more calm and less anxious in general.

waiting does suck no doubt, but i think it will be worth it.

    Absolutely.

I had annoying headaches in withdrawal from porn. They do go away. Mine went away within a few weeks of seriously trying nofap.
