Second day

    I used to spend like 3 to 6 ours a day on PMO. Not exaggerating and thats a lot of time that could be spent more wisely. So the thing is i tried hard to fill this time with activities but i felt like im so empty lonely and kept thinking of things that make me feel bad about myself like i'm not funny and ugly and will never have a lifepartner and i'm stupid and goofy bad childhood bad family strict parents.
    It's all messed up. But i didn't go back to pmo but i'm still feeling depressed.
    So help ?!

    What you're going through is normal. Treat those thoughts as if they were a bully. Don't listen to them. Instead, listen to your heart. Your heart says to keep going, so you should keep on going. :D
