Second puberty - Literally

I have a problem: I am on day 15 now, but since like 5 days I got really emotional and harmed by everything! When someone gots a better grade than me, ... I am really close to crying but I mostly end up screaming and "beating" the person. Logically thoughts there is no sense in it at all, but I just feel like a child who didn't got his lolly. Really, I feel and I behave like I am 11 years old (the age I started fapping).

What should I do? It's very scary!
