Second time trying NoFap!

Hey guys,

I’m here again for the second time. When I first signed up I couldn’t believe some of the things I was reading, I honestly thought you were all deluded, but I’mhere again because I believe I was wrong.

I’m 24 now and I want to start taking control. I feel like I should be able to resist a simple urge or temptation. I feel like all motivation to study and excercise has gone. I’m feel constantly tired and drained. I’m sick of feeling this was and I want to change.

Like many others guys, I’ve been masturbating from a very young age early or even prior teens. I’m particularly worried that I may have done some irreversible damage to my hormone levels and the way my body utilises hormones. Can anyone shed some like on this and explain if I can fully recover? Will everything including hormone levels and the way I utilise them go back to normal? Also does excessive masturbation cause any damage to the testicles and their function?

I’m going to get the full 90days abstaining from porn and masturbation. I have a girlfriend so it’s going to be difficult to stop everything. Any tips would be helpful.

Thanks and wish me luck.

As you will read in many other posts here, Stopthefap, things will return to normal over time, and you have not caused any irreparable damage to the testicles. they will continue to work fine. It depends on your girlfriend's willingness to be supportive whether or not this is a big issue. You may need to be completely honest with her so she understands what/why you are doing this. If she loves you, she will do whatever it takes for you to be successful. If not, then it may be the right time to move on and do what is right in your heart.
I'm praying for your success. Love you, brother!
