Guys, explain to me the point of abstaining from PMO for 90 Days or whatever to then go back to PMO and live a shitty life again ? If you think that after 90 Days you'll be cured and then be able to PMO again, you're not rebooting !

I dont know whats gonna happen after 90 days, I just know that I wanna reach it and just live life free of any addiction. If somebody became addicted of porn and after 90 days he starts to watch it again, its obvious he wont keep it on a healthy level. Its like alcohol.

I was smoking, and it was very easy to leave it,since Ive put it down I dont feel like to smoke. But its different with porn. My brain was screaming for it every time I tried to leave it. Except today, there were not any urges.

Abstinence is part of recovery, It isn't the solution to being free from addictions.
