So a couple of years ago I when 90 days with no porn or masturbation. I was coming off a break off and didnt want to think about woman. The 90 day break help me with porn and i was not watching it as much. I stop watching porn to masturbation for a long time. A new problem come to though. I started sexualize woman and it has made me nervous and act differently towards them. I think woman notice that we are sexualize them. Its ok to sexualize but only when they feel comfortable with you but if you start before they are comfortable with you ruined it. They ended running for the hills. I going to take a break for masturbation and stop sexualize woman. I noticed that I am constantly trying to find a girl in the street and think about her in sexualize way. Looking at my phone and seeing a hot woman. Reprogram myself to stop thinking sexualize about ever woman and wait until they are comfortable with me to sexualize them.
