"The opposite of addiction is not sobriety, the opposite of addiction is connection" In no way addicted to PMO but have had enough with Porn and Masturbation. It's sickening and frightening what harm Porn can do to your brain. I've preached over and over again the benefits of NoFap but have struggled to remain loyal to myself, have made foolish mistakes but this time around i need to make drastic changes. I'm a young man in his 20's who just recently graduated from college, work at a hospital, and focused on the military. Hobbies include soccer, reading, drawing, music, and researching. Committed to getting better in every aspect. Physically, mentally, and spiritually. With NoFap being the infrastructure of my success. Iv'e relapsed over and over again but although i fail, there's positives to take out of my mistakes. I learn each time again what i must do to succeed and overcome this bad habit. Want to practice it, not just speak it. Walk the walk and not just talk the talk.
Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you. The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?
Downloaded a Porn-Blocker app on my phone and a close friend chose a password for me, also deleted social media apps off my phone.
Sounds Exactly like me! don't worry man were all in this together, as we strive to become the best versions of ourselves!
Self-discipline means doing what you committed to do regardless of how you feel. This is a big deal because a lot of people can be counted on to do the great things in life if they feel like it. Oftentimes, when you wake up, it's as if you want to go straight back to bed. Sometimes, you wake up on the wrong side of the bed, or you have a bad hair day.
