    Hello,

I have been watching porn for 14 years and started to fap when I was 12. I am 23 now and want to change. I want to become a new person without looking at porn everyday and without thinking about sex all the time. I want to feel normal, my teenage years were already ruined and this has to stop. I want to control how my life is spent..
    I want to evolve!

    Thanks for reading:)

    Hey Ben,
I'm glad you're taking steps to change your life. I think it will be better without PM and O from electronic or selfish sources. I hope that you realize this will be a long journey, so take simple steps in the right direction.

Also, I would recommend trying to separate your identity from your failings of the past. I guess what I mean is that though your problems with PMO affected your teenage years, there are probably good things you have done during that time as well. Give yourself some credit. And resolve to change the parts of yourself that you know you ought to.

We're all here for you. We are all brothers and sisters. Good luck, bro.

    Hi Ben,

Wish you all the best in breaking your habit. I'm just like you except a few years older, but I started on porn at about the same age. Like Dante' said, you don't have to view your teenage years as 'ruined', that's what teenage years are for. You probably did a lot of great and cool things along the way too, I did (and breaking a porn addiction is helping me to remember all the good times in the past.) What matters is that you learn from it. We can learn from that together and shape ourselves better futures.
