    Hello guys this is my very first post and not first time with nofap. I’m 24 and I have been PMO since I was 12. I have never had a successful erection with another person like they do. And now my circumstances have changed for personal reasons but I just can’t get to see as possible. I keep doubting my body weather or not I’m “normal” and I keep telling myself that IT IS possible but it’s hard to see my self succeeding. Not in the sense of quitting porn and masturbation but in having a normal, healthy sex life. If any of you have felt this way and overcame this please talk to me, please.

    I agree with you. Just stop PMO and let your mind and body heal. That's it. No cold showers. No kegels. No mediation. Just stop PMO and let time do its thing.
