    Hello Everyone!

    Hope you all doing good!
I opened this theard to fill in with good Self Improvement Book suggestions.
During our Jorunal it can be very good, if we make ourselves busy.

If you read any good books please share.
For e.g. which can help with:
    Anxiety
    Negative Thoughts
    Self-Confidence
    Motivation
.... Anything that's about self improvement.

    I just finished a book E2 (E Squared) --> Link
I don't really want to advertise or anything, i just put the link, to show which book is it.

The book nicely writes down, how the negative thoughts can ruin your life, and what happens, if you turn it to positive. The whole book is about the power, that's inside you. (note: Pam Grout didn't really write the book in the best style, somewhat arrogant)

Do you have some suggestions on the next book?

  2. I can recommend Atomic Habits.

There is nothing groundbreaking and new in it (and it never promises that); but there are some tips in it that i did find useful.

    I listened to the Audiobook.

Many do recommend "Can't hurt me" from David Goggins (especially as Audiobook) and it is a very good read. However, i would not recommend to apply all his tips. He is really hardcore.

Perfect. Thank you. Will check these books :))

  4. I forgot to say: If you want to read "Can`t hurt me", you should not mind swearing. There is a lot of it in the book. ;)

Nice man! Been actually listening to this recently myself on Audible.

My ultimate book recommendation is "The Stoic Philosophy of Seneca" by Moses Hadas. You will find yourself becoming enlightened by each page, whilst growing your chest hair.

    Good Luck!!

Dexter Moran and Deleted Account like this.
  6. I am currently reading *No excuses the power of self discipline * by Brian Tracy.
As you might have guessed it, it's about self discipline but I found some other things in there and their importance is pure gold.

  7. Not Nice by DR. AZIZ
The Solution to Social Anxiety by Dr. Aziz
The Power of Now by Echkart Tolle
The Dark Side of the Light Chasers by Debby Ford
    Meditations by Marcus Aurelius

  8. Subtle art of not giving a fuck - Mark Manson

Great book imo, helps you to figure out and cope with many problems. Such as self confidence, laziness, anxiety etc.
