  1. -Quitting Porn and Masturbation
    -Quitting Social Media
    -Limit Time on YouTube or Quit YouTube
    -Quitting The News
    -Quitting Drugs, Smoking and Alcohol
    -Limiting Use of Sugar or No Sugar
    -Hobbies
    -Moderating Use of The Internet
    -Moderating Use of Television or Quit TV
    -Moderating Use of Video Games or Quit Video Games
    -Drinking lots of water
    -Going to Bed on Time
    -Meditation
    -Exercise
    -Healthy Eating
    -Active Social Life
    -Active Romantic Life
    -Fulfilling Career
    -Responsible Financial Planning
    -Taking a shower (hot, warm, or cold) every day
    -Spa session or Float spa session
    -Motivational Material
    -Don’t spend the whole day listening to music
    -Reading (bare minimum: 30 minutes per day)
    -Fresh Air for 1 hour every day
    -Journaling/Writing down goals
    -Positive Affirmations
    -Getting rid of unnecessary items/decluttering in your residence or minimalism
    -Have a good posture
    -Eating less
    -Eat to live, not for pleasure
    -Cut out sugary drinks
    -Cleaning (Inside and Outside of Home and Car too)
    -Not comparing yourself to others (Depression relief)
    -Not relying on anyone else for your happiness (Creating the life you want)
    -Accepting Yourself/Self-Love (Instead of being jealous over happy couples)
    -Sun gazing (Only in the safe hours; if it hurts your eyes, stop)
    -Vent to yourself (instead of social media)
    -Having/expressing gratitude for everything
    -Get some sunlight (10-30 minutes)
    -Only compete with yourself
    -Wim Hof Method
    -Not caring what others think (Getting rid of social anxiety/anxiety relief)
    -Give/contribute more to the world
    -Breathing in from your nose
    -Chew food slower
    -Express yourself with art (Music, poetry, drawing, etc.)
    -Writing down dreams
    -Ground yourself
    -No electronics 1-2 hours before bed
    -Try not to use electronics first thing in the morning
    -Speak less or don’t talk too much
    -Sleep on back (face to ceiling) to strengthen spine
    -Dance more
    -Clap your hands more
    -Use fluoride free toothpaste
    -Eliminate your fear of death (have no fear altogether)
    -Spend less time with toxic people
    -Use electronics less
    -Having a balance between being alone and having social company (It’s important for your mental health!)
    -Use left hand more often (using right side of brain)
    -Practice a martial art or self defense classes
    -Having an open mind and being aware of what you are doing/using your time and energy for
    -Going outside (in nature)
    -Focus on you, go within
    -Having a leader mentality
    -Sober lifestyle
    -Stop fighting against ego and work together
    -Realize you’re a soul inside a body having a physical experience
    -Smile and laugh more

    Bonus:
    -Living in your preferred climate/weather or geography
    -Belief or No Belief in a higher spiritual power
    -Fasting (If it helps you or has a positive effect on your life.)
    -Traveling
    -Positive Thoughts

    That's a very long list.
    In what period do you want to achieve this?

    Thanks for you sharing. There are a few things of which I didn't think of, but maybe also things to improve for myself.

  3. I plan on achieving most of it. But some of the things, like active romantic life, may take a little while. I see the list as a reference to improve myself and make my life better in the process.

    Commit to be a better man , and let things unfold as they wish.
    Your list triggers anxiety , you can achieve everything on it but it requires a special type of commitment,patience, and diligence.
