I have my entire family with me yet I prefer to be isolated away from everyone. This further ruins my addiction as my empty brain gets ideas about porn and I just act out on those ideas. Family thinks thats I study while being alone but they don't know what I am actually going through. The guilt and shame is so overwhelming that I just can't open up about my addiction to anyone even to my closet friends. Help needed.

  2. Hi my friend, please stay relax.
you don't "prefer" , you need to get used to good habits.
Make some plans and write them down, choose the simplest ones and just do it, no matter what. Trust me if you show some resistances to bad habits and laziness, your brain will change it's "preferences" gradually.
In case you have any religion, i invite you to study a sacred book, hope It gives you peace of mind.

  3. Hey bro we're in the same situation rn. I also with my family but I think it's a good idea to separate from them. I'm in college rn and I've been having a hard time with my studies, aside from the difficulties of my course, there, my situation in the house is totally frustrating. I cannot focus more about the things I want to do and make. Yeah it's better to leave, yet I don't have work to sustain my needs oh no. I'm so broked

I am also struggling with my studies and just can't focus when I am surrounded by people. When I am alone my mind diverts towards things that are not related with my studies. I am in a dilemma
