    Hi All. I am in for Masturbation free May. I can I will this time. Longest I have gone is 23 days. I have come a long way since I started the journey and I will not look back. I will give my 100% to achieve my goals. Right now I am having a 10 day head start for May. All the best to all fellow fapstronauts.

    I'm in for abstaining from P and M. Going for the entire month of Mastery May, already have a few days under my belt. Doing this because I've lived with this monkey on my back for practically my entire life. It's a little sad and I'm sure that a great deal of the suffering I've experienced has arisen from this massively unhealthy addiction. I want to be more assertive, more balanced, more mentally clear, and just a better person.

    Day 5 is going to start soon for me.
    I hope i won't get many urges tonight.
    I'm liking it so far. I cant wait to see 5 on my counter and higher numbers.

    I'm returning to nofap. Probably what kept from the 90 day goal was not getting an accountability partner, thinking I could do it alone. Didn't last a week! I'd like to give it a try the right way. Let's do this!

    Im in and really need to commit! I have 4 months no pmo.. I almost slipped with looking at porn-subs on instsagram yesturday.. it actully was porn clips, but just close ups of orgasm faces.. too close for comfort and the toxic energy i can feel even though i did not touch myslef. Still have a hangover.. so im down.

    I'm definitely in. Missing a day but it's cool.
    Hands off the genitals guys and gals.
    My motto is relapse comes from not doing what you're suppose to be doing. Keep focused on your goals and what you have to do, avoid temptation and be aware of the early signs of slipping up. For me it usually starts with slacking in my duties, work, gym ...then carries over to eating habits, then leads to relapse.
    Knowledge is power when it comes to NoFap lets get it!

  17. I've been like you. Yesterday I was ok but today I relapsed. Today I filled out the recovered man monthly worksheet and hope it helps.

    today it is day 4. I think the first days are the most diffult to abstain. There is the compulsivity of previous days that is difficult to face. It's very easy to relapse, it needs a second. For example today I had a difficult day at university with a teacher who wanted to question all my thesis, diminishing all the work of last days. The simplest thing I could have done, would have been to PMO, because, I would have had the sensation to be relaxed, to be satisfied. I refused this idea but I can till tonight only. I want to face day by day the reboot, as in a marathon if I looked at the far goal (all the month, all the year, all life free...) I could feel discouraged because it is just far, so I look step by step, little step, today is my goal, because it is this day in which I want to fell alive , I want to recover the relation with family, friends, everyone surrounds me, I want to be energic and try to realize my dreams. I have to be careful to euphory and depression which come from the first days where the brain reask those huge quantity of dopamine.
