  3. Another day done. Felt a lot more energy today. I know we have good days and bad ones. Definitely a good day. Hope for more of them. Need to remember not to reward myself for having a good day in the way I used to

    Day 23 into May guys .... had some tough moments but getting there day by day!!!!

    Hey all,

    I've been taking L-Carnitine to help repair the damage I've done over the years and I must say I think it's working the tissue is rebuilding itself woohoo!!

    Today I woke up with morning wood and I could feel all the grooves and ribs around the side of my penis, something I've not been able to feel for many years so I'm little bit happy.

    Got through day 9 roll on day 10 :)

  7. Had to have a cold shower this morning and swimming helped this evening as long as you don't have any hotties also swimming ;-).

    Double figures is looking possible (Friday / Saturday) :)

    I'm same, lots of fantasy thoughts about ex partners etc

    Also keep having dreams that I failed and relapsed being dissapointed but then I wake up and I feel better knowing it was just a dream.

    Bit strange but lets keep going.

    My 11th day starts today and previous best streak was 12.

    First urges popping up again after my last relapse on sunday. I have to work later and won't relapse before going there, and not afterwards, either. Tomorrow I will have a barbecue with friends. Saturday work again. I will make it.

  13. Another day done. The hot weather in UK not helping. Well Smith's Summertime springs to mind. Swimming helped. This time tomorrow I'll be at double figures. Genuinely think I've not done that for 10 years especially if you include O with girlfriend!

    Sorry to see you (apparently) relapsed. Are you alright? If so: Get up again, you still have a few days!

    It's never too late to join, and it's actually a great way to warm up the engine before June.

    I strangely don't feel that bad. Didn't need pornography, a little more focused and relaxed now. Beat the previous record so good progress made. The masturbation was more out of necessity rather than boredom or depression.
    Chaser effect is the hardest part to deal with right now.

  17. Not relapsed I think I've just messed up my counter as I couldn't see it so thought I had to set the day again. Just got to 10 days :)

    So many urges though, Do the urges get better with time?
     
  19. I'm sure they will. I'm finding one day is different to the next though. So day 6 was good 7 was bad and so on. Guess it's all about trying to work out your triggers.

    21 days achieved with a few temptations along the way. I find the panic button quite useful to avoid relapse, so would highly recommend when tempted. I have also found renewed enthusiasm in the gym and other activities that I used to have back at university (5/6 years ago). Confidence with women is gradually improving too. I believe if I reach a month (28 days) I'll have equalled my previous best, so that is my next milestone. I do not intend it to be the end of my PMO abstinence, in fact I hope it remains permanent. Best of luck to everyone else.
