My friend, you are doing much better than me, I'm desperately posting everywhere, to see if there is even a point to stop, given my position regarding fappin.g

  4. Feel free to join me on day 1. I've had a lot of day 1's, but that hasn't stopped me, nor should it stop you.

Im very thankful, I think my doubs are mostly on the whys? You see, I've watched some many videos and read stories and all the stories are great, but they have something in common that doesn't resonate with me, they say they spent hours and lost jobs, or got late. I had these problems, mainly with games, acutually I've stopped gaming not long ago, grabbed a journal, started meditating and doing actions to change my life for the better. And I'm starting to see most of the benefits of the NoFap.

So I wonder, if I have something to gain, I mean, I fap once or twice per day and it never stopped me from doing anything. So, from your point of view, since you have more experience, is it worth it, even if someone is not in a heavy addicion to porn? Because I'm willing to do anything to put my life on track, I'm 33 and tired of sleeping through life and noticing how the months passed and I did nothing. If stopping masturbating helps, I will gladly add as a tool. I just wonder if it makes sense to cut it.

  6. Yeah when I got to about day 60 or 70, I just started doing shit. Like, if I wanted to do something that day, I just did it. If I wanted to try something new, I didn't hesitate or procrastinate. My brain was so active, I could learn shit for hours a day. I could work out for hours. I was more empathetic and considerate and started seeing women as people instead of sex objects. My dick started working again. This is all my personal experience though.

  7. You got there once, so you can damn sure get there again and go far beyond! :emoji_star: Procrastination is probably one of the next big issues for me besides PMO. The thing is once you start and engage with whatever activity you're doing, it's not even bad, in most cases it's engrossing.
