    Hey everyone! Due to some health issues I have to make a semen analysis. Obviously for semen analysis I have to masturbate. Shall I consider it as a relapse if I'm on hard mode?

    I don't think it's a relapse because it is a mandatory thing you have to do. you have no other way to give semen so...
    Just be careful of course from Chaser effect.

    If its truly for health reasons then you really don't have a choice. So its not a relapse because its out of your control. Now if there are other options to diagnose urself with and you knowingly chose the semen way over those other options then id say it is a relapse.
