After ejaculation there is probably a time gap of 30 minutes. In this time gap there might be semen in your urine. But ejaculation is anyways a relapse due to the fact you are on hard mode

I've experienced the same things over longer periods of abstaining. I will get to s place where I'm having to be mindful to check my pants for leakage. While using the bathroom, especially number 2 the prostate is stimulated and I will release semen then. I will not have any pleasure tied to the release but it has shot out like an ejaculation. I have to be really be on guard at that point to not take it to the next step.

I had same issues. It is not a relapse. You are still clean bro. Semen leaksge happened to me often but after I reached day 100 or something I wouldn't get it anymore. Semen leakage happen because you force cumming even though your body doesn't want to. As a result your body get used to ejaculate so much it leaks when peeing or pooping. Stay on nofap forever to heal. There are times when you can ejaculate but you will do it with your one and only wife in the futuren other than that it's forbidden to throw away semen. It makes penis not sensitive anymore and tend to cause leakage which is annoying.

I still have leakage when during bowel movement but the frequency is a lot less now as I more and more on staying chaste

 

If this was a completely biological response to you abstaining, it's not a relapse. You're fine.

This is simply not true. Ejaculation on hard mode is not a relapse by itself at all. Reaching orgasm is a relapse. Ejaculation itself can occur at night during a nocturnal emission (wet dream) and be completely involuntary. Further, the body causes ejaculation in some individuals to regulate how much semen they have in their body and to prevent an excessive amount that is produced faster than the body can reabsorb it. This can occur either through a wet dream or through urination. Looking at porn, masturbating, and reaching orgasm are hard mode relapses. Ejaculating itself is not—provided it is not the result of one of the former activities.

 

I did experience a bit of that during my first streak of 35 days. But that streak was just limited to MO. I did watch porn for like 10 days within that streak + I did jerk (though didn't ejaculate/masturbate). It was usually after that jerking that I'd see a few drops of semen leaking during urine which was unusual (as it was a first time thing + I don't have a pre-mature ejac. issue). So if you are just on a MO streak, try to make sure that most of your days go without watching filth.

 

No it doesnt count as a a relapse, nocturnal emissions and spontaneous emissions are normal, they happen frequently either by edging looking at sexual content, or fantasizing about sexual thoughts, although sometimes it can occur naturally.

PS if your Counter includes semen retention then you must reset it, semen leakage is not allowed on a semen retention streak that includes leakage during wet dreams and spontaneous emissions.

 

It happens to 99.99% for all males when you urinate. It's normal.

That happens to most men; completely natural. That to me isn't a relapse at all. It's as natural as having a wet dream, in my opinion.

 

Thanks for your response. It's out of my control when it happens. Ironically I have had nightfall two nights in a row. It's been months since I have had nightfall. I'm not getting my hopes up that it's getting better. It's just interesting I am having them again. I almost had a few nightfalls last night after the second one. The dreams were erotic and contained some tasty-looking women who were sparking a fire.
I'll see what happens going forward.
