Semen retention relapse

I broke my one week Streak early hours this morning then once Again about 2 hours ago. I use to masturbate/ejaculate everyday 2/3 times a day, my problem isn’t so much porn it’s more girls I know and photos of them. I feel I have really let myself down, I was focusing on working out, my little business and learning to drive in that week I felt great compared to normal now I feel empty again and lack motivation.
