To help eachother improving , maybe I'll go longer on not fapping ( it does work better ) but the goal is to live life not be a champion of not fapping.
In all my posts I tell people to do something else besides not fapping.
Like Bruce Lee said " It's like a finger pointing away to the moon. Do not concentrate on the finger or you will miss all of the heavenly glory!"

But the effects of semen retention become apparent after about thirty days.
I think that you can experience that and then share your story.(minimum 40 days)

Maybe but you get wet dreams after a week or so ( at least I do) , the only difference is that you dont over excite your brain to add more addiction to it, in terms of hormonal changes/testosterone it doesnt matter much after 2 weeks since testosterone goes up and down (its a good thing otherwise you'd be dead if it was up all the time).
Like I wrote in other posts , it does seem to benefit people who maybe have neurological issues or anxiety ,shyness etc but the real changer is what you do besides nofap.

You if can go not fapping BUT without thinking/ obssesing over the days and live life then its PERFECT(best scenario) but the problem is that some people are more concerned about the nofap badge over improving everything else in their lives.

Like I wrote I dont have anything against not fapping at all as long as you dont focus on it ,some people can live without alchool but they dont question themselves about it and its great.

It is not possible to be a real man while constantly releasing.
Some people will still function normally , but we aren't talking about survival here , we are talking about achieving greatness.
We are talking about self mastery & Self reliance.
What kind of a man who can't live without pleasure to regulate his emotions?

Thank you for sharing your story, it was great to read!

If I may ask, have you gone 19 weeks without any emissions? If so, do you have any tips on how to not have wet dreams? :)

Congrats to you, man! That's a long time for SR, at least imo. Longest I've been was 2 weeks. Even then I was noticed I was a little more confident in the way I carried myself and interacted with women. I hope I can go long enough to see the things you're seeing.

No wet dreams. I am in my early 40s and i have been told that you only get wet dreams when you are younger.
    19 weeks , total abstinence.
For the most part, it was easy and effortless.
But that is after 2.5 years of trial and error.

My friend, what makes you different than them???
They secretly resent men, and you resent women.
Not all men want sex only , and not all women are cheaters and want to use and abuse men.

The only time a women will ever cheat or want out , is when you stop acting like a man.
Rollo May , Zan Perrion and others will tell you that.
If you are a true man, women will adore you.

    I have only resented Feminists.
Not women, until my second betrayal. I was 29 when that happ after being in relationship 6 years. And she was the one who pursued me though I wasn't up for a serious commitment. She persisted for 2 years and convinced me.
I really was supportive as she was pursuing modelling and acting.
And the moment she got her break after 3 years and attention from other males who had better sexual market value. With more money, status and vanity.
I was of no value at that point.
I was the same throughout the relationship.
It is their hypergamous nature that makes them cheat. Looking for the next best option.

Stop acting like a man? I was never a simp and never was for her. And she knew that full well.
I learnt that from my first relationship during my early 20s. And what u mentioned is true as I was with a narccistic bipolar woman and the power dynamics was in imbalance that she was the controlling one. But not in all cases.

And after all this I was exposed to Rill pill community. And if not all the views most are what I have experienced and they totally make sense.

Women look for the next best thing. A man with more money, status and power to control their hypergamous nature by being with the best possible option.

    Define "True man"?

I am sorry to know that it ended badly.
I have a theory that is also similar to other psychologists' , and that is you will always marry or commit to someone who is on the same level of your stress/anxiety/ peace.
This is a huge subject. I can't elaborate more.
A real man is someone who is strong and calm.
A velvet and steel type of man.
A man who is calm even during a storm.
I have met only few men like that in my entire life and their womer adore them.
They worship the ground they walk on.
After all , why do u think women went crazy for 50 Shades of grey???
It is because they secretly want to be dominated, but not by any man. But by the man who is steel and velvet.
The man who could give her the full spectrum of emotions, while he stays calm and cool under all conditions.
Now u tell me , are you such a man?
If not , be one. Not easy in this day and age. But believe me, the rewards are worth it.

Thank you for your kind words.
Was brought up Inna home without a father figure. So I didn't have the right view of how a mam should be. Especially in my first relationship.
Those are some sage advice. I'd definitely remember them.

I tried being that way as much as possible in my second relationship but I have my emotional bursts at times. I need to do more work on that.

But what you said. I totally accept it. Thank you for those valuable advice.

And this was very intresting. Is it like, you attract what your thoughts are?
I guess, I was too consumed by porn and lust that I went for the promiscuous bad apples. I don't know. Am jus tryint to make sense of it. And I myself have wondered about this many times.

That is great, it's a really nice achievement. I hope that the work I put in today will have a similar pay-off in 2.5 years.

Do you have some top "tricks" to share that you feel have helped you to stay on the path? I.e. physical exercise, meditation, hobbies, having a purpose, or similar?

    I do have plenty.
The most important one is : make it a burning desire.
No matter how many times you fail , don't be discouraged.
Number two: fill your heart with peace and goodwill towards all beings , and your mind with gratitude.
The need to escape towards pleasure will seize to exist in a loving heart and a calm mind.
Three : Don’t focus on quiting, focus instead on becoming a better man.
    Listen and read every day.
Exercise also plays a huge role in releasing the energy that accumulates in the body.
Meditation is a must. I only started meditation, but i have always done breathwork exercises.

U see, getting better is a campaign. It is not one thing only.
It is a lifestyle. No shortcuts.

Please ask me anything, any time.
Willing to help anyone who is willing to improve.

Bro, counting weeks instead of days is a good strategy to trick your brain, so you not doing 7 days but just 1 week. Man I got to take that strategy for myself. Incredible your streak, come on!
