    Hi,
    I am on my 13 day of NoFap and having sexual toughts from morning and feeling sensetion on penis. Dur to this, i can not control myself and send text to emale friend but then i stopped my self to going firther on sex chat. But it keep repeating. Wht shuld i do?

    You should try to release your energy somewhere else. One good way is to exercise, otherwise you can maybe talk with whoever you are living with (maybe your parents if you are young). Another good idea is to go for a walk on your own or with a friend. Just don't stay alone doing nothing you should spend your time somewhere.
