Sensitive head of penis

Hello

So I had a phimosis until I had a small operation to be able to finally uncover the head of my penis.
But it is ultra sensitive.
It hurts when I barely touch it, or something barely touch it like my tighs, bed sheets, fingers, my balls.

The pain lasts 1sec, and it hurts when the head enters in contact with something, but mostly when it stops touching that thing.

Example:
I am laying in my bed and to try to desensitize this pain, I pull the foreskin and leave it like that.
The underneath of the head of my penis will slowly get in contact with my balls, sometimes I don't realize it.
But as soon as I lift my penis (slowly or not) it hurts like crazy when it is not touching my balls anymore.

The pain is similar to shock, like a small electrocution. Or a bruise on a sensitive area.

It is extremely uncomfortable and I can't bear the pain, I can't picture getting a blow job in this condition. It is impossible.

Anybody had the same pains and got rid of them ?
Is touching and bj pleasant now for you if you have had this ultra sensitive head ?

Please tell me how to make those pains turn into something pleasant...
