    Hi!

    I am addicted for more than 20 years. Sometimes I managed no pmo for some weeks or - best try - 3 month. But now I want to get a step further" Maybe I find a group for this, because I realizied that fight together is better than fighting for my own.

    So: I devote this month to God, meaning I want to be "increased" strong this month, no porn, no masturbate especially this month. After this, I want to continue no pmo, of course. But it is easier for me to focus on well-definied period, to see a progress than to try nevermore again. So why september 2019? Because it is now.

    So let's fight together this month and let's make september 2019 a good month for us!
