severe brain damage

    fapping gave me terrible brain damage. and i still can't stop.



    something is trying to kill me. and it's definitely not me

    You know what is severe brain damage? is being unconciuss more than like 12-24 hours when you don't get enough oxygen to your brain
    and you kill brain cells
    fapping barely do anything
    your brain is ok

    Your brain is still operating as it was designed to operate. Fapping is a learned behavior. What is learned can be unlearned. I'm not saying it will be easy. Your nucleus accumbens will torture you if you don't fap.

    Try a water-only fast? I have at times been able to avoid fapping by not eating.
