    Hello,

    as I wrote earlier in introduction I have a gf, but also have bad habits, which are stronger than me. Now I'm fighting them, and it works! Today it's week! Got only one question, in my rebooting process, sex will be positive for me, or not? Don't want to lie to my gf that I'm not in the mood or something for don't know how long. I aim for better sex, to give and take more pleasure, but I don't know how it will affect on me now, while keeping fapstinency. Will it be good, or not? I think it will "overwrite" my brain: more sex, less fap = that's the way. Am I right?

    PS. Sorry for my English, it's not my primary language. Hope you can understand. Greets!

    Sex is fine. The more the better.


    Fapping is fake and impersonal. Sex is the exact opposite.

    We gotta be redirecting that sexual energy for a reason right?

    Just watch out for that 'chaser effect' be careful the sex doesn't leave you thirsting for more orgasm. In the past after my wife has fallen asleep following sex I have masturbated minutes later behind her back, quite literally. I'm ashamed of that, but I haven't done it because the sex was unsatisfactory, quite the opposite. I had been masturbating solo (often twice in a row) for so long that one orgasm simply wasn't enough anymore. Like the more of a drug you take over time, the more you need to take to achieve the same high and fulfilment.

    This isn't my wife's fault this is my fault and it is an issue I seek to solve through my 'Reboot'
