I don't know how to fix your anxiety or difficulties with maintaining an erection, but I can tell you a rule that is crucial at maintaining any kind of relationship.

The rule is simple: Communicate.

Can't have sex with her? Explain to her why that is the case. Otherwise she might get self conacious and blame herself. She might think you don't find her attractive, or even that you don't like girls at all. If she is mature enough to be with you or anyone at all, she'll understand you and support you, but she can't do that if you don't communicate with her.
