Okay so I havent watched porn for many months or Masterbated. But I had sex last week, I did have a few moments where my penis was soft but once inside the woman (with no condom), I came pretty quickly. I hadn't had sex in 2 years prior to this. Then I tried to have sex again on Monday this week, and I'm hardly attracted to this girl at all. I couldn't get hard enough whilst being stimulated and when I was inside her (with a condom this time), I couldn't even feel anything and i definitely would not cum. So what I'm worried about is even after all these months, have I relapsed by having sex? It wasn't even good sex either. If I was to date and have sex without porn or masterbating, would I eventually recover like I would when doing NoFap without sex? I'm really scared because im meeting with amazing people on tinder that I wanna date but i just don't feel I have the libido to enjoy meeting them and I'm definitely scared my penis won't be hard for then.

I think the real problem is that you weren't attracted to the girl. Why would you shag a girl who isn't attractive to you? Not to mention why would you sleep with a stranger without a condom? That's a sure-fire way to get STIs, especially if she's been sleeping around.

Also don't worry about whether your cock is going to get hard or not, that'll only make your problem worse. Just enjoy looking at the naked beauty of the girl in question, and the thrill of being about to make love with her.

The thing is though, when I was getting a blow job, I couldn't actually feel anything, it's almost as if I'm so desensitised. Is it worth dating still or should I just go back to basics and go hard mode for 90 days+?

I don't know why you didn't feel anything, but I would certainly recommend hard mode for at least 90 days. How long had you been watching porn and masturbating? That will gauge how long you need to go on hardmode

Depends on which mode your on but generally no. But the serious question is why you put yourself in a position to have meaningless sex?

If you don't feel like meeting women then don't. You may need more time for your emotions to be fully recovered.

Im 22, been watching since I was 12, I started to stop when I was 18. Been off it for past 4 months. I dont even have any urges to wank or watch porn, but I occasionally just get urges to actually want real sex. When I've been on long streaks, I literally get turned on so fast, but then the next time I try to get turned on, I'm just flat with emotion

Interesting, I’m in a similar boat (I’ve only watched porn for four years but have been wanking for 10 years, since I was 12, like you). I’ve only stopped wanking for 16 days (though I’ve been off porn for longer), so hopefully I should be in a similar state to you if I keep going for another few months (which will be better than my current state with PIED hampering my ability to get aroused). Just interested to hear about other similar cases as they give an idea of how long it will take exactly for me to recover.

Keep going with the NoFap Hard Mode mate, I think it will take several years for each of us to free ourselves from the effects of porn entirely.

  8. Just wondering, during your abstinence from masturbating and watching porn, did you also exercise and maintain a healthy diet?

I did not exercise at all, I have 3 jobs alongside uni and I'm a walking mess with stress and migraines. I currently see a chiropractor twice a week since my studies are paused for the summer. My diet isn't great, but not horrible. I'm a relatively slim build, gaining a small cushion of fat on my belly but nothing that sags.

  10. What kind of jobs are they?
