Sex during flatline

Ok guys so here’s the deal, I’m 58 days in and in a flatline that was pissing me off. No erections with girlfriend, nothing. Started taking cold showers (not sure if this is why) and today we fooled around some more grinding and what not, and I got a semi erection, but a lot more then I was getting previously. I’m wondering if anyone had tried having sex at this part of a flatline and if I can pull it off because both me and my gf would very much like to do so.
