    Is it ok to have sex with partner during no pmo - rebooting process? I am on 20th day of NoFap.

    interesting thread.... I was just about to post a similar question.
    PS: I am married and practicing only no porn and no masturbation
    Usually have 2-3 times sex per week, would that help the rebooting process ?
