Sex during reboot

Does anyone have experience with sex during reboot? I know 90 days is the standard for full reset but what about actual sex before that. Does that interfere with the reset process. I want to fully reset and have a healthy relationship. I just don't want to fuck it up by going too quickly and go through the flateline garbage again.
 
I find it healthy and helpful during a reboot. Some people struggle with PIED. It depends on your situation.
 
Ok, I do struggle with pied. Maybe I should have clarified. I have never not been able to perform but I have always needed help. So, would having sex while only being able to get hard by manual stimulation cause a relapse or should I wait until I have made it past a full reset and I am getting erections from arousal only?
To be clear, I am massively turned on, I just have no physical response to the feeling without oral or "taking matters into my hands".
 
So given your situation, you need to evaluate whether it is detrimental to your emotional well-being engaging in sexual experiences.

The main point is that it is not a big deal either way. The priority is no PM.

If it is causing you more harm and stress, then stay away from it. If you have a nice and understanding partner who wants to work with you and help you then maybe that changes things.

Stay clean. Stay strong. Focus on the long-game. You're on the right path.
 
Yeah, I get stressed out whenever I think about sex. I haven't had sex in 8 years and the thought of being in that situation gives me massive anxiety. I thought I had someone but they are all over the place now. O, idk. Tbf, I'm not exactly the easiest guy to deal with either being hot and cold depending on how the flatline is currently going.
