Sex on day 87! PIED gone!

Well, the last 87 days have been tough in hard mode with no PMO but they were so worth it. My original aim had been 90 days in an attempt to banish the PIED that has plagued me for over 3 years (thank God I found this website and discovered what the problem was or I may have suffered with this forever).

Anyway, I digress. Met someone a couple of weeks ago and nature took its course yesterday evening. I approached the sex with some trepidation and nervousness but I'm pleased to say that my equipment worked perfectly with zero problems and I stayed 'in the moment' throughout. Amazing! The usual things that would normally derail the whole event (change of positions, condom application etc) weren't an issue at all.

Will I return to PMO? No, it's not an option. If I want to experience O then it will only be with a partner from now on. Plus I enjoy the superpowers that NOFAP brings far too much - better energy, focus and the ability to train like a boss at the gym.

I grew up with porn in 'the old days' before high speed internet where you might catch a glimpse of a swimsuit model in Playboy if you were lucky. As such, 90 days was probably enough to cure my PIED as my teenage brain wasn't too warped. It was only through my mid-to-late twenties that Internet porn really took hold of me and PIED developed. As for those who've grown up with Internet porn on tap through their formative years, this whole process may take a little longer. But hey, we're all different!

This forum has been a huge source of inspiration throughout the last few months so a huge thank you from me. I know that I need to continue to be on my guard and it would be easy to fall back into old ways and habits, so onwards and upwards!
