Sex or 90 days?

I'm on day 14 and yesterday, saw my gf and was pretty hard 70-80% of the time and when I was erect, it'd be like an 80% erection. I'm doing a 30 day no PMO and then thinking of having sex cause I was suffering from PIED but not to an extreme level I think. Do you guys think I should go 90 days with O or should I just do it after 30 days
