    Hello friends. I am confused about sex and masturbation. We all know that masturbation is very bad thing for humans but sex with partner is also similar to masturbation because in sex our sperm releases and some said sex with partner is healthy thing. If we are on nofap and our partners/wife wants to sex then what we do?? Is sex is allowed in semen retention or nofap?

    Sex is wholesome unanimity between two individuals and involves a significantly different hormonal cocktail being released in your brain, compared to masturbation.

    This is up to you to decide. It's a matter of principle. I cannot answer this for you.
