I read a lot that some guys have experienced ED due to their PMO. I personally have never had this happen to me in 14 years. I have however had in some manner or another sex problems. I have a fairly active sex life. I had sex for the first time when I was 19 years old. I couldn't finish though. The girl was smoking hot and I found her attractive but the act of sex wasn't enough to stimulate me to O. I can chalk this up to being my first time nerves.

But what about my now girlfriend of 4 years? [started dating 1 week after the first time I had sex with that other girl.] I have never gotten off to a blowjob or a handjob. Not once. I've had many girls do this and none of them could stimulate me to O. Has anyone else had this problem? As far as sex goes, when my girlfriend is putting in the work, I get stimulated just barely enough to stay erect. So it keeps me in the game but haven't been overly excited about playing the game. That sounds terrible but it's true.

When I do the work, I have no problem with stimulation. Admittedly I can move much quicker than her so there is a stimulation factor there. Has anyone else had any of these issues as well? My girlfriend gets angry and upset about this. She thinks she isn't good enough or that she's doing things wrong or hurting me or something. I repeatedly tell her it's not her fault.

Tl;Dr, I can't get stimulated to O from my girlfriend of many years, or any other woman before then from HJ and BJ's. If I continue my path of NoFap, would that be possible to achieve? My girlfriend [soon to be eloping in 1 month] would surely be overjoyed.
 
Hi there. I've experienced all those symptoms you've described above personally, as well as ED. The entire issue with PMO is that we've desensitized our brains with pleasure overload. After bringing ourselves back into a natural balance with NoFap, these conditions will surely go away. The last time I abstained from PMO, I certainly did feel an increase in libido during sex and foreplay and was able to stay erect no problem, even with a condom on.

Hey man. Long story short, if you continue NoFap then your girlfriend will definitely be able to stimulate you. There's a resensitization process,which I would explain, but I'm buzzed and tired. That's somewhat relieving. I can't wait honestly. I know it will make me happy, but she will love it too which will in turn, make me more happy.

One thing to remember is that it will be a process. I see you are 2 days in. Be sure to come on here when things are rough, and you will surely find others with similar problems. PMO has been in your life for a long time, and the neural pathways created will not go away overnight. I don't say this to discourage you, but to prepare you.
