Sexting

I don't think that this out and out something to feel bad about.

Is this someone you know or just a random person from the internet.

If it's a real person that you know then it's a genuine interaction and part of building a relationship.

If it's a cam girl/random user (possibly not even a girl) then I would say that it's not such a healthy habit.

 

I assume "adult" = erotic. In any case, sexting is the basis for a reset of your counter. Don't get caught in the trap.

 

If it's a real person that you know and are building a relationship with, albeit via text rather than face to face (you don't say whether that's part of it too), then I don't think it's a resent, unless you have decided that all interactions with women are out.

How is engaging in a real life relationship a trap?

 

Because he is sexting (see the title of the thread). This is porn and is reinforcing that sexual stimulation is provided by internet enabled devices and screens, not actually being with a person face to face.

 

I think the nuances of things like sexting real people (as opposed to cam-girls etc. as mentioned above) is very much down to the individual. I think lumping all sexual contact through digital devices as porn is a harsh precedent, many relationships now develop through digital media.

Not that I do but if I decided to sext my wife, is that porn? Not in my book.
